The Armory will offer seminars on sports nutrition directed by noted specialist Dr. Karen Dolins of Columbia University during the following track & field meets:
The sessions will begin at 10:30am, 11:30am, and 12:30pm in The Armory theater. Seminars last 45 minutes with opportunity for personal counseling. There is no fee.
