Evening Training Information

Dear Coach/Athlete
We are pleased to be able to present to you at this early date, all forms necessary for you to register for the 2003-2004 Indoor Track Season.
Please notice in the rate schedule that the per-person rates are based on which evening session you will be using and the size of your team. You will need to pick your session and complete the contract.
After you have completed the above, teams will need to mail to THE ARMORY FOUNDATION, PO BOX 314, New York, NY 10032: (1) the completed contract, (2) a roster of athletes including up to two coaches on the Armory fan club form , (3) a money order, or team organization check in the appropriate amount for the number of athletes being registered. Individuals registering will need the same forms. We will be unable to process Identification cards without the Armory Fan club form. No personal checks or cash. Money orders only.
When we receive all required documents from you, we will prepare a Identification Cards which you can pick up on the first day of practice.
Mail in registration will be accepted any times after 10/1/03. In person registrations will be accepted from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm beginning on
November 3, 2003.
