 Welcome to the twenty fifth annual All Hallows High School cross-country race. Good luck and thank you for supporting this event.

Freshmen Race (Combined with or followed by frosh. Girls Race)    4:00
Sophomores                                                                                                           4:15
Junior Varsity Race (Combined with JV Girls)                           4: 45

 GENERAL INFORMATION:

 There will be no team score.
 No official time will be taken.

 Sophomore race may be combined with JV race depending on the number of competitors.  
Tell runners to hand in cards at the end of their race. The Top 20 finisher in each race will be posted on Armorytrack.com

DIRECTIONS:

Each competitor must wear an index card containing the following information:  

       1.              Race.
2.             Competitor’s name (Print).
3.             Competitor’s school.

 AWARDS

      1.       Medals will be given to the top 40-in freshmen race and the top 30 in each of the                remaining races. Girl’s race will be awarded separately.

RULES:

1.     The freshmen and sophomore races are open to freshmen and sophomores not competing in the   Manhattan College Invitational.

 2.        The Junior Varsity race is open to all juniors and seniors not competing in the Manhattan College Invitational. Your varsity “A” team should be entered in the Manhattan college Race:
