HIGH SCHOOL CLASSIC

Eligibility An athlete may compete in any two events. Freshmen may not run in sophomore events.
Relays You do not have to seed your relays. Your relays will be seeded the day of the meet. Seeded sprint heats will be run in lane. All others may run off common start.
INVITATIONAL 400 METER DASH,
2 MILE RUN & 3200 METER RELAY
We will select the top 6 - 12 400 meters runners and
10 –14 teams/individuals to run in the 2 mile run and 3200 meter relay
championship sections. In order to enter
the championship section you must fill out a 3 x 5 index card and include the
following information:

In the shot put, long and triple jump: all the first jumps and throws will be
measured. After that only those over a
certain distance will be measured. We
will be using both pits in the high jumps.
Awards The top six in all individual events and
relays will receive plaques. Top three in all events will receive t-shirts.
