Meet Odds and Ends

1. Remember the two-event rule is in effect for all athletes.

2. No starting blocks or spikes in any event.

3. There will be absolutely no tape allowed on the floor. (Track or Field)

4. Please supply your own pins and batons.

5. Warm-up in the upper balcony or outside, not on the track or infield!

6. Please have your buses park in the large parking lot in back of the field house.

7. All events are final on time except the 55 hurdles and the 55m dash.

8. Entries are due on Tuesday, December 19, 2006.

10. Sanctions have been received for the NYSPHSAA and New Jersey

11. Medals to the top 10 in individual events and the top 5 in relays.

12. Please stay at the field house. Do not enter any other buildings.

13. National Federation rules are in effect, including the jewelry rule!

Directions to RCC from the South: NYS Thruway to exit 14B (Airmont Road). Make a right at the end of the ramp. (From the North, make a left at the end of the ramp.) Follow Airmont Road to the College Road traffic light. At the light, make a left onto College Road. Follow College Road about ½ mile. The field house will be on your left. Please remember to park around the back of the field house.

Entry Restrictions: An athlete may compete in any two events.

Entry Procedure: Athletes must wear a 3X5 card pinned to the front of the shirt when they check in. Include on the card athlete’s name, school, event, & seed performance. All of this information should be on the front of the card!! Field event cards should be turned in at the event. Supply your own pins and cards!!

Awards: There will be ten medals awarded in each and every individual event. (Varsity & Frosh Soph) There will be medals awarded to the top 5 teams in each relay race. There is no team score kept in either division and no team awards will be given.
