Southern Tier High School Invitational at Cornell’s Barton Hall, the site of
the 2006
Please consider this letter an update to our entry process for the 2006 Southern Tier meet. In an effort to increase the accuracy and efficiency of the meet entry process, we have revised the meet entry procedure from what we sent you this summer. The meet schedule and event schedule, eligibility rules and entry rules have NOT changed. This is instead an overview of a new electronic entry system that will make the meet run more smoothly for our Hy-Tek/Finishlynx operators. It will also increase the accuracy of your entries.
ENTRY PROCEDURE: We are asking coaches to submit their entries
electronically this year, which is a change from the past. Please e-mail Coach Robert Johnson (rcj8@cornell.edu) and Coach Artie Smith (acs1@cornell.edu) by December 12 of your intent to compete. We will then e-mail you the electronic entry
form, which will have further, more specific instructions. The electronic entry form will look similar
to the form we’ve used in the past. Once
you have received the electronic meet entry form, all entries are due by Tuesday – January 3 at
