ENTRY INFORMATION
ENTRY FORM & CHECK OR VOUCHER MUST IN IN OUR HANDS BY:

ENTERING THE WEST POINT INVITATIONAL IS A TWO STEP PROCESS:
1. Mail or e-mail your ENTRY FORM TO the Meet director – Gene Dall
Upon receiving your entry form, we will e-mail to you instructions for completing your entry using the www.onlineentries.com website. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INCLUDE A VALID e-mail ADDRESS ON YOUR ENTRY FORM – we need the address to send you your user name & password so you can access www.onlineentries.com
2. Rosters & ENTRIES FOR ALL EVENTS must be entered at www.onlineentries.com by SATURDAY DEC. 24THTH
NYS Section One Teams, & Teams that entered this meet last year – last years roster is already on the website – you will only have to make additions and subtractions
Athletes who will only run on relays must still be on your entered roster
RELAY NAMES: You will provide relay team names on the day of the meet using the cards provided in your packet. Cards to be turned in at the clerks table.
Please make sure relay athletes names are entered on your roster
SCRATCHES: Coaches – you may make scratches on the day of the meet Scratch sheets will be located on the wall near the clerks table at the top of the straightaway. Draw a line through the athlete’s name to scratch.
YOU MAY ONLY ENTER A MAXIMUM OF TWO(2) ATHLETES PER EVENT, EACH ATHLETE MUST MEET THE ENTRY STANDARD FOR THAT EVENT
WEST POINT SECURITY - Please be aware that there is a heightened security level at the U.S. Military Academy - PLEASE ENTER THROUGH THE STONY ENTRANCE GATE, expect buses to be boarded and searched. bus drivers, coaches and everyone else on board the bus should have a picture ID on their person (yes this includes athletes). Cars and car occupants are subject to search. PLAN TO ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO ENTER THE BASE! YOU MUST FILL OUT A COPY OF THE ENCLOSED RELEASE FORM FOR EACH ATHLETE
