Notes- Staier was undefeated all year in HS competition and was highly
superior at every distance. Pollinger had the more complete season and
that overcomes his DQ at NSIC. Tarantino was exceptional, but did not
race enough to get 2nd. Chasse edges Trapani for 4th based upon the
NSIC meet, otherwise it would have been reversed. A lack of depth
limits the list to 5, as no other performer was worthy of a ranking.
This is not a comment on the athletes, but of a limited opportunity to
race.

Notes- Michta was head and shoulders above HS competition and was the
lone HS Walker to qualify for USATF Indoors. Olivieri was no worse than
2nd in every race except NSIC. Tagliaferri's DQ at NSIC keeps her in
3rd. Brooks' range gives her the nod for 4th over Finke who leaned her
at the line at NSIC, but did not venture further than the mile.
Gillespie gets the 6th spot based upon her stellar 2nd at NSIC, her only
race of the year.
