THE CITI BANK HISPANIC GAMES – DAY II – January 8th

November 1, 2005

Dear Coach,

You are invited to the Twelfth Annual Citi Bank Hispanic Games, on January 7 & 8, 2005.  The meet, which is open to all high school age athletes competing with their high school team, will be held at the Armory Track and Field Center in Manhattan.  The Armory is the finest track and field facility in New York State.  It is a state of the art six-lane 200 meter banked track with a Mondo surface.   Last year, more than 6000 athletes from 200 high schools competed in the Tenth Annual Invitational.  The meet will now be two days with freshmen, sophomore and class events (A person who has not won a medal during the current 2005-2006 season on any level, including relays) on the second day. Athletes will only be allowed to compete on one day.

Please be sure to read all information very carefully.  We will be highlighting the freshmen and sophomore mile runs in the middle of the day.

The meet will be sanctioned by the National Federation, the PSAL and CHSAA.  Please read the information and entry sheets carefully.  If you have any questions, please call the Armory Track and Field Center at (212)-923-1803 ext 14 or e-mail Lou@armorytrack.com.  Remember that entries are due, by Thursday, December 22, 2005.  Late entries will be rejected. Just a reminder, that once an entry is accepted, the entry fee should follow.  The fee is an entry fee and not a participation fee.

We look forward to seeing you at the Armory.

Sincerely,

Louis Vazquez
