Welcome to the debut season
for the Armory College Power Ratings. These rankings of the best
college teams in the Northeast are based exclusively on
performances by teams in our Friday Night College Series. Points
will be compiled throughout the season and totaled to determine
Season Champions.
Separate Men's and Women's
rankings will be maintained. A 25-point bonus is awarded for
winning any individual meet and for each winner of the
Outstanding Competitor awards.
For the New Balance
Collegiate Invitational Feb. 3-4, because so many teams from
outside the area compete, teams from the Northeast will be
scored separately, solely for the purposes of the Power Ratings.
For that meet as well, points will be doubled.
To qualify for the Final Rankings at the conclusion of the
season, only teams that compete in the New Balance meet will be
included.
