official USATF release
TV Schedule
In addition to nine
hours of coverage of next month's World Championships in
Helsinki on the PAX cable station (see schedule) fans can also
get 58 hours of live Webcast coverage for the very low price of
$4.95. As a bonus, subscribers will get web coverage of next
Friday's Bislett Games from Oslo, featuring a Dream Mile matchup
between Bernard Lagat and Alan Webb
Most of the commentary will be provided by the IAAF's "World
Feed" announcing team of Steve Ovett, Peter Matthews, and Shaun
Pickering. There will be a U.S. flavor to some of the
announcing--Dwight Stones will serve as the in-studio host,
Lewis Johnson will conduct post-race interviews, and Carol Lewis
and Dan O'Brien will also participate in some of the commentary.
Go to WCSN.com, enter the requested information, and you will
receive full subscription information in the next few days.
Coaches--tell all your athletes to take advantage of this
wonderful opportunity to see nine days of world class track and
