To celebrate the 30th running of "the biggest and the best" High School Invitational in the country, we will be awarding 4486 prizes including 100 medals in every race (up from 75).  Two new races will be added--a second girls Sophomore race and a fourth girls Freshman race--to bring the total to 35!

For three decades, the Manhattan College Invitational has been the premier High School Cross Country event in the nation, held at the Mecca of Cross Country: Van Cortlandt Park.  The 2002 edition will be no exception, with many of the Harrier's top 25 boys and girls teams expected to attend. Last year's event had a record 9,900 athletes, over 350 teams, and 16 states and D.C. represented.  On the site of the Northeast Footlocker Regional qualifier, come to the Big Apple for the "Biggest and the Best".

Entry Blanks: Entries will be mailed to the 1100 schools on our mailing list on or about September 1st.
