People To Watch At IAAF Worlds

When the IAAF World Championships get underway in Daegu, South Korea, later this month, there will be a number of ties to New York state, the metropolitan area and The Armory.

The rosters have not been finalized as some athletes are still looking to achieve the necessary qualifying marks to punch their ticket. The athletes below either finished among the top three at the U.S. Nationals in Eugene, Ore., in late June; or are expected to compete for a country other than the U.S.
