1. (3) Jackson Spencer, senior, Herriman UT - Won Woodbridge three-mile sweepstakes title convincingly in 13:42.1, earning third win of season.

2. (5) Sean Fries, senior, Minnetonka MN - Proved he's the runner to beat in the Heartland region after claiming Roy Griak title in 5k time of 15:29.8 against Heartland competitors. 

3. (2) Marcelo Mantecon, junior, Belen Jesuit FL - Won The Southern Showcase title in new 5k personal best time of 14:35.3.

4. (4) Oliver Horton, junior, Coronado CO - Lowered his 5k time down another nine seconds to 14:38.2 in recent Coronado Cougar Classic win.

5. (6) Noah Bontrager, senior, Westview IN - Won New Prairie Invitational title two weeks after running the fastest 5k cross country time in Indiana state history in 14:33.4 at Marion Invitational.

6. (7) Quentin Nauman, senior, Epworth Western Dubuque IA - Won Heartland Classic in 5k time of 15:01.1.

7. (8) Benjamin Adams, junior, Mountain Vista CO - Won Liberty Bell Invitational title in new 5k personal best of 14:32.3.

8. (1) Caden Leonard, senior, Southlake Carroll TX - Season debut is still up-in-the-air as to when that will happen, dropping him a few spots on the rankings.

9. (9) Philip Cupial, senior, Downers Grove (North) IL - Ran three-mile season's best 14:27.3 to win First to the Finish Invitational title.

10. (10) Grady Lenn, senior, De Pere WI - Ran 5k season's best 14:46.8 to win Nightfall Classic 920 meet by over a minute.

11. (13) Malachi Schoenherr, senior, Sheldon OR - Won Northwest Classic 5k title in 15:00.7, setting himself up to be the favorite at Nike Portland XC on Saturday.

12. (12) Yohanes Van Meerten, junior, Flagstaff AZ - Has not raced since Sept. 5 at Western Equinox XC Invite.

13. (15) Hunter Robbie, senior, Niwot CO - Ran season's best 5k time of 15:19.7 to win St. Vrain Invitational title; racing at Desert Twilight on Saturday.

14. (20) Mikah Peters, senior, Brandon Valley SD - Finished second at Roy Griak in 15:44.3, continuing to show he's a name to be recognized on the national level.

15. (18) Conor Lott, senior, Clovis North CA - Returns to racing this Saturday at Nike Portland XC three weeks after season-opening win at Lowell Invitational.

16. (46) Kavi Gibson, senior, Cary Academy NC - Won Hare & Hounds Invitational title in 5k season's best of 14:50.7.

17. (84) Keegan Decker, senior, Iowa City Liberty IA - Finished third at Roy Griak in 15:45.9.

18. (27) Nathan Lee, senior, Brunswick CT - Won Canterbury Invitational in 5k season's best effort of 15:35.

19. (28) Ruel Newberry, sophomore, Denton Guyer TX - Won Nike South Invitational in 15:00.1, earning second win of season.

20. (17) Kellen Williams, senior, Jesuit OR - Won a tight race over Gonzaga Prep's Miro Parr-Coffin at The Mook by a margin of 14:28.1 to 14:29.6.

21. (14) Asher Oates, senior, Independence TN - Finished third at The Southern Showcase in 5k lifetime best of 14:47.3.

22. (37) Marshall Vernon, senior, LaSalle Academy RI - No races since his 15:17.7 season opener at RITCA Injury Fund Carnival on Aug. 30.

23. (68) Kamari Ronfeldt, junior, Ann Arbor Pioneer MI - Won Jackson Invitational 5k race by almost 10 seconds in 14:47.9. 

24. (30) Luke Hnatt, senior, Christian Brothers NJ - Back to racing on Saturday at Bowdoin Classic after winning season opener at Shore Conference A North in 16:11 for 5k.

25. (41) Isaac Benjamin, senior, South Kitsap WA - Ran 9:39.5 for two-mile in season opener at SPSL North Jamboree on Sept. 10; returning to racing on Saturday at Nike Portland XC.

26. (NR) Bocelli Howland-Vlahakis, sophomore, Phillips Exeter Academy NH - Ran an impressive 15:43.3 for 5k at Manchester Invite for season-opening win.

27. (42) Caleb Ten Pas, senior, Des Moines Christian IA - Won season opener at Gilbert Invite in 5k personal best of 14:41.

28. (95) Owen Conley, senior, Colonie Central NY - Won season opener at Queensbury Pre-States Invitational in 15:08.4.

29. (NR) Jay McDonald, junior, Summit CO - Finished second at Liberty Bell in 5k personal best of 14:39.8 and fourth at Roy Griak Invitational in 15:51.

30. (32) Carson Driemeier, senior, Festus MO - Won season opener at Festus Bowles-Wright XC Invitational.
