Girls Regional Rankings - 11/6/25

With three NXR regional meets now done, the final top fives are set in stone for the Heartland, Northwest and Midwest. There have obviously been some surprises, but that's what makes the championship races so fascinating to watch.

After that, most of the fields will be set for Nike Cross Nationals. All that remains is the California state championships on Nov. 29 at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif.
