Ian Dobson is the man behind Team Run Eugene, a team that includes Olympic finalist Bridget Franek, one of the nations top marathoners Craig Leon, and a myriad of other talented athletes from 800m-Marathon pursuing their dreams in Eugene, OR.  Dobson shares his past experiences as an athlete (he made both 5k World Championship and Olympic teams in '05 and '08, respectively), his favorite workout, and how his past coaches have influenced him. He talks about the importance of community involvement for his club and the unique vision that they have.
